Staperior Consulting GmbH has been managed by owner and entrepreneur Helene Stargardt since 2012 with a lot of commitment, enthusiasm and focus on Staperior’s customers.

Founder & Managing Director
Helene Stargardt successfully completed her studies at the Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz University of Hanover (Dipl. Wirtschaftswissenschaften) with a focus on banking and finance, strategic marketing and international financial markets. Ms. Stargardt started her career as a consultant at Deloitte Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft and SAP Deutschland SE & Co. KG. Today, she is an experienced manager with over 18 years of professional experience in audit-related consulting, among others, with a strong SAP Bank Analyzer and accounting background. With her business and IT expertise as well as best practice in the area of IT implementation projects, Ms. Stargardt ensures project success in a sustainable and value-oriented manner. She is a certified senior project manager (IPMA Level B / GPM, ITIL, PMI @ SAP). Ms. Stargardt is currently doing her doctorate at Munich Business School / Sheffield Hallam University in the area of data management / data governance.

Foundation of Staperior Consulting GmbH
Staperior Consulting GmbH was founded by Helene Stargardt on 24.02.2012 under the name Saperior Consulting GmbH with headquarters in Mannheim.

Branch office in Vienna, Austria
In the same 2012 founding year, a branch office is opened in Vienna. Saperior initially focuses on technical consulting in the area of SAP, balance sheets/accounting in the banking environment.
27.12.2013
Saperior becomes staperior
On 27.12.2013 the change of name of Saperior Consulting GmbH to Staperior Consulting GmbH takes place after agreement with SAP AG.
2014 – 2015
Expansion
Staperior expands to the Munich side. This followed by the closure of the branch office in Vienna.
Expansion of technical expertise
Systematic expansion of technical expertise in process optimization, data quality, reconciliation, SAP data integration, SAP interface design, and authorization management.
2016
Extension customer base
Staperior focuses on growth and expansion. First framework agreements are signed with renowned Big Four consulting firms. Further cooperations follow. Well-known banks in the DACH region are now part of Staperior’s client base.
2017 – 2018
Growth
Staperior can report an intensive increase in projects, at the same time Staperior succeeds in winning the second largest consulting contract and major client in the company’s history. The focus is on technical consulting for IT implementation projects in the area of SAP (banking), reporting, support for the implementation of ECB findings in the regulatory area.
2018 – 2020
Opening up new industries
Staperior expands its customer base to include the financial services and energy sectors. The professional focus expands to the holistic view of data management and data governance (CDO consulting), as well as the deepening of authorization management.
